Refund Policy

TulaFae offers no refunds at this time for consulting servies. Merchandise refunds are stated within purchase at the time of purchase.

Once you purchase a service, course, or product - you are solely responsible for receiving fulfillment from your purpose appropriately in the context of the service, product, or course. Cooperation and communication within 5 calendar days of purchase is on the responsibility of the consumer for the best outcome of negotiation.

It is the responsibility of the client or purchaser to make clear the needs and goals of the individual or group before beginning to work together in both one off sessions and ongoing retainer service. It is your responsibility to be consistent, follow through, sign contracts, and respond promptly as our conversation and work together continues.

If you show up late for a 1-on-1 session, video or call, that time will be deducted from the already bought and scheduled time. There will not be an extension.

No shows are highly discouraged. However, this will more than likely result in a one-time reschedule or an exchange of credit for products or services of equal or lesser value rather than a refund.

Again, TulaFae is under no obligation to distribute refunds. Every service, product, or course is bought with this understanding.
